Delete Account & Data

We respect your right to control your data. You can request complete deletion of all data associated with your CricketScore account.
What gets deleted: All preferences, usage history, voting records, interaction data, and device identifiers associated with your account.
How to Delete Your Data

From Within the App
Open CricketScore → Settings (gear icon) → scroll down → tap "Delete Account" → confirm.

Via Email
Send an email to livescopeme@gmail.com with subject "Delete My Data" and include your device information. We will process your request within 30 days.

Cancel Subscription First
If you have an active subscription, cancel it through Google Play Store before requesting account deletion. Go to Play Store → Subscriptions → CricketScore → Cancel.
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, preferences, and history will be permanently removed. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Google Play.
Data Deleted
- Anonymous user identifier
- App preferences and settings
- Usage history and interaction data
- Voting records (hit/miss predictions)
- Share and view tracking data
- Push notification tokens
- AI chat conversation history
Data NOT Deleted
- Aggregated analytics: Anonymous, non-identifiable statistics
- Purchase records: Managed by Google Play (contact Google for these)
- Legal obligations: Data required by law (tax records, etc.)
Processing Time
- In-app deletion: Immediate
- Email request: Within 30 days
- Backup purge: Within 90 days
