By downloading or using CricketScore ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Important: CricketScore provides predictions for entertainment and informational purposes only. We do not encourage, facilitate, or promote gambling. All predictions are statistical analyses and should not be considered as guaranteed outcomes. Please bet responsibly where legal.

1. Service Description

CricketScore provides AI-powered cricket match predictions, statistical analysis, expert commentator insights, and betting coupon suggestions. The App analyzes publicly available match data and generates predictions based on statistical models.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App.
You must comply with the laws of your jurisdiction regarding sports analysis and betting.
The App is not available in jurisdictions where such services are prohibited.

3. Account and Access

No personal account registration is required. The App uses anonymous device identifiers.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers free and premium tiers.
Premium subscriptions are billed through Google Play and managed by RevenueCat.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Refunds are handled per Google Play's refund policy.
Prices may change with prior notice; active subscriptions are not affected until renewal.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

            No Guarantees: Predictions are statistical estimates, NOT guaranteed outcomes. Past performance does not guarantee future results. We make no warranty regarding prediction accuracy.
        

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any prediction.
We are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from the use of our predictions.
Users assume full responsibility for their own decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveScope shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
Financial losses from betting decisions based on our predictions
Service interruptions or data inaccuracies

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, predictions, analyses, and designs in the App are owned by LiveScope.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
You may share individual predictions through the App's built-in sharing feature.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to access other users' data
Reverse-engineer or decompile the App
Use automated systems to scrape data from the App
Resell or redistribute predictions commercially

9. Responsible Gambling

If you choose to use our predictions for betting purposes:

Only bet with money you can afford to lose
Set personal limits and stick to them
Seek help if gambling becomes a problem

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsingborg, Sweden.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified through the App.
