Delete Your Account
Request deletion of your MatchScore account and data
⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including viewing history, preferences, and any active subscriptions will be removed.
What Gets Deleted
- Your anonymous user profile
- Viewing history and preferences
- Unlocked analyses records
- Notification settings
- All associated analytics data
What You Should Do First
If you have an active subscription:
Please cancel your subscription through Google Play Store before requesting account deletion. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription.

Request Account Deletion
✓ Request Submitted
Your account deletion request has been received. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
You will receive a confirmation email if you provided one during registration.
Alternative: Delete from App
You can also request account deletion directly from the app:
- Open MatchScore app
- Go to Settings (⚙️)
- Scroll to "Account" section
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm deletion
Data Retention
After deletion request:
- Your data will be deleted within 30 days
- Some anonymized analytics may be retained for service improvement
- Legal records may be retained as required by law
