Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the MatchScore: Football Tips application ("App") operated by LiveScope ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MatchScore provides:

• AI-powered football match analysis
• Statistical predictions and insights
• Team and league statistics
• Historical performance data

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Not a Gambling Service

5. No Financial Advice

The predictions and analyses provided by the App:

• Are NOT financial or investment advice
• Should NOT be relied upon for any financial decisions
• Do NOT guarantee any outcomes
• Are based on statistical models that may be inaccurate

Past performance does not guarantee future results.

6. User Accounts

The App uses anonymous user identification. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use

7. Subscriptions and Payments

7.1 Premium Subscription

• Premium features require a paid subscription
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Prices are displayed in your local currency

7.2 Cancellation

• Cancel anytime through Google Play Store
• Access continues until the end of the billing period
• No refunds for partial periods

7.3 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Google Play according to their policies.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Distribute or share premium content
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Interfere with the App's operation
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by LiveScope and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Accuracy of predictions or analyses
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIVESCOPE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Any decisions made based on App content
• Any financial losses

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LiveScope from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
